I've used two of these sleeping mats over the past 2 years for several military field exercises and a 7-month deployment. Whether in the hot, dry desert; bitter cold; or dense humidity of the Southeastern United States, this sleeping mat has been a lifesaver. The fact that it breaks down to the size of a burrito makes it extremely easy to just toss in your pack and get underway and makes it a fraction of the size of military-issued gear. The improved inflation valve design increases the longevity of the valve and allows for faster inflation; however, the open design can make topping off a bit tricky. This product is a must for those who wish to sleep comfortably in the field!

Decent Sleeping Pad

Overall this is a decent product that did not cost me much. It is pretty comortable, but not as much as sleeping pads with a normal structure. I also find it takes me longer than normal to get the air out and fold it up.

Awesome! Only took half the lungfuls of air that was recommended. First pad I've owned that I didn't end up on the ground when laying on my side, and I'm a 185 lb guy.

Magic carpet

This little magic carpet was the perfect fit for my summer time scouting trips. Not only is is it small and packable, it also provides enough comfort to get you off the ground. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Good for the sleeper, bad for the rest of the people in the tent

My hubs has one of these and he seems to really find it comfortable. However, as the person sleeping next to him, I find it incredibly annoying. Every time he turns over or moves a little bit, this sleeping pad makes at least ten times more noise than any Thermarest. Think of someone running their hand over a balloon skin. Yeah, deeply annoying. Forget about getting a good night sleep next to someone who's sleeping on one of these. They are NOISY!

I really like this sleeping pad because it is so light, very thin, and makes the bumps on the ground go away. Very comfortable!
