Summary says it! Iâ€:tm:ve never

Summary says it! Iâ€:tm:ve never been a fan of zipping into a sleeping bag, and could never justify the price of a “backpacking quiltâ€. Light & compact enough to take anywhere. Used on multiple backcountry trips with nighttime temps hovering around 45-50 degrees. Stayed warm all night, but I sleep warmer than average. Another fantastic Klymit product!

I love this blanket! Itâ€:tm:s

I love this blanket! Itâ€:tm:s warm and cozy. Iâ€:tm:ve used it as a pillow on long car rides and snuggling up under on the beach in cooler windy days and as an extra layer to my sleeping bag while camping. I use it at home and outside. Iâ€:tm:ve had mine for almost 8 months and the only problem Iâ€:tm:ve run into is a small tear on the seam of the foot box. Iâ€:tm:m not sure got to repair it without making it worse either. Iâ€:tm:m afraid to see it for fear the needle would create a bigger tear. I thought about super gluing it. Any suggestions? I donâ€:tm:t know what I will do without this blanket! Help!

Ok, maybe not my life
on September 29, 2018

Ok, maybe not my life but it felt like it at the time. I just got back from a camping trip outside of Victor, CO. I was in my Nemo Jazz and at sometime during the night I woke up freezing. Instead of bundling up in pants and a jacket, I grabbed the Versa Blanket in its pillow configuration next to my sleeping bag (I was using my Cush as a pillow). I was able to unpack it and get my feet in the footbox while half asleep and in the dark. As I wrapped up in it, I felt the warmth kick in right away. I slept great and didn't feel the slightest chill until I got up in the morning to see it was 29 degrees out. Everything had a nice layer of frost but I was plenty warm with the Versa Blanket. Thanks for the great product, you might want reshoot your video to show how it can be used as a sleeping bag liner. You rock!

Love it!

Works amazingly from the day one! Definitely very versatile blanket thanks to all the snaps, corner pockets, foot box and the cord. Worked great for a chilly day in park, hanging in hammock on a windy day (makes amazing under-quilt) and i'm going to test it as a sleeping bag in Yosemite this September :) As other reviewers mentioned, the stuff sack is just not OK at all; the zipper on it feels like an over-engineered decision. Replaced it with a basic sack with cord. 5 stars, anyway :)

itâ€:tm:s awesome it came packed
on June 14, 2018

itâ€:tm:s awesome it came packed in the stuff sack but lofted very nicely when Iâ€:tm:m stuffed. The pillow configuration is a great size and is more of a throw pillow than a travel pillow. Which I actually like. A lot. The biggest reason I wanted this is itâ€:tm:s size. Iâ€:tm:m 6â€:tm:7 and canâ€:tm:t seem to find a comfortable sleeping bag for the way I lay. this blanket is a great length. It things comes up to my eyebrows when I lay with my feet in the built in foot box. (which is a great feature too) When you use the foot box, corner snaps, and draw string you can make a great sleeping bag substitute for warm weather. I took a chance on this item and Iâ€:tm:m really glad I did. Like the previous reviewer. I will mention that the stuff sack is kind of awkward donâ€:tm:t roll or fold, just stuff it and save yourself the frustration. The zipper gets in the way. Other than that, Iâ€:tm:m really satisfied.

In all fairness, I haven't
on April 18, 2018

In all fairness, I haven't taken the Versa camping yet! Once I got the blanket out of the stuff sack (I will get to that sack in a moment!) , I looked it over and thought it is very well made. The snaps seem like they will hold up pretty well. The corner pockets are fairly deep and there is plenty of blanket to wrap yourself in. Can't comment on its warmth yet but it is nice and light! It folds into a decent sized pillow too which will be nice for travel. Now the stuff sack....not sure why it has a zipper instead of a draw string. The zipper makes the opening smaller and more difficult to stuff the blanket back in. I don't have a lot of strength to hold the blanket tightly enough while stuffing and I had to have help with that. However, once inside, there are nice straps on each side of the bag that tighten down. I would give this 4.5 stars if it was an option because of the stuff sack but I can always find something else that will work for me. Overall, very excited to add this to my camping gear!
