Extremely light weight and very comfortable, yet provides exceptional lighting. I've used it multiple times when working on and under cabinets in the home. Also use it at night for bedtime reading. The ability to adjust light output intensity is a real plus.

It is very light and comfortable, and easy to turn on and off when mounted on my head. When I go out walking with my cat at night, I can see her eyes glowing a hundred feet away! (Of course I keep the beam on low, and aimed up high, not in her eyes, but even the edge of the weaker beam's field lights her eyes up like torches. I can't wait to see an owl or other night critter's eyes shining at me! (Not a mountain lion, I hope.)

Item is great I like that it adjust to look straight and down I do wish you sold a kid size or allowed for this to adjust smaller as I did buy one for my 5 year old son but it's slightly to big but he'll grow into it
