These days, recharge-ability is a *must*. The band on this headlamp is also significantly more comfortable than those from others. These characteristics combined with its pack-ability make it a staple in your daily pack.

It takes a little while to figure out that you have to hold the button for 8 seconds before you can just turn it off and on. But once you figure that out it’s great. Always starts bright which I was not happy about but my wife thought that was the way it should be.

Comfy, bright, and light!

We bought one each for my wife and me and we love them so far and they’re our favorite headlamps so far. The light on max is plenty bright with a good beam and enough spread to light the periphery. The straps are really comfortable and secure enough for running, and they’re really easy to adjust, though sometimes they lose their previous setting when you take them off. The physical size is great and they’re easy to throw in a bag for contingency situations.
The various modes are easy to access and the brightness adjustment is good. Battery life seems good so far, but we haven’t used them quite long enough to have a much data.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I finally got my headlamp and put it on right away. Light is very bright and the distance is great for my use- walking my dog in the woods and keeping an eye out for critters. Out of the box the button was easy to learn and dimmer design is perfect. The band at first seemed odd but I soon understood why it was shaped so flat. Very comfy and light weight!

Wait, you improved the BEST headlamp?!?!?

The Headlamp 330 was the most comfortable headlamp I've ever used. Didn't think it could be improved. But by moving the battery unit to the front and shaving off nearly 1/3 of the weight, the 200 feels like it disappears on your head. Love the simple interface, lock-out mode, and 'last mode' memory.
