Monitors flicker

This product is just a pain. We bought few for our company and none of them are working properly. Keep disconnecting from the laptop, monitors flicker switching back and forth to laptop screen. We have Windows 10 Pro on laptops with all the updates, tested for more then half year, up to date j5create drivers, clean OS installations, looking on the internet for a solution for months, nothing will fix the problem. I'm the IT in the company dealing with this kind of stuff for over 20 years. This product is just a failure. Don't waste your time and money on it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not stay connected

I bought this back in July 2019 and it is terrible. It has never worked properly. I use it to connect one lap top to one monitor and keyboard. I use it for work purposes (Microsoft Oulook, Word, Basic Excel, Web browsers, etc) and nothing fancy and it will not maintain a connection for more than a few hours and it also lags. Do not purchase this.
