Inefficient design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to find a small dishwasher to fit in an existing space. Didn't have many options. It's quiet. Works fine. The design of the racks, particularly the silverware basket placed in the middle of the drawer really cuts down the useable space.

The bottom rack has to be manually pulled up in back to roll back in. The top rack had to have the fold down flap secured so I can load stemware. The middle racks don't hold glasses. The front controls are so small and one needs a flashlight to see which buttons to push. Although it seems to clean the dishes, I've traded it for a Bosch that seems much better made. I purchased this sight unseen due to needing an ADA sized dishwasher. Never would have purchased this one.

not happy yet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mine was installed 3.5 weeks ago with a defective part on the top rack. The installer ordered a new one right away --it was supposed to come today, but i got a call saying it is not here yet. So I have to be very careful pulling the top rack out and filling it. I've learned to put it back where it belongs when it falls off of the wheel, but it's scary when that happens. Dishes come out very clean so that's good, but I'm frustrated.

So quiet and clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet, which was one of my main concerns. Everything comes out very clean as well! Loading plates is great, but everything else seems a bit awkward. Also, I got a black finish. There is a black kick-plate, but it doesn't cover up all of the silver component underneath. This is hard to see when standing in the kitchen. I have steps leading up to the kitchen, so you can see it when the bottom of the dishwasher is closer to eye level from the steps.

It is so easy to use, quiet, and multiple choices of wash cycles; even has a just rinse one!This picture is after one econo cycle and after the dishes had sat a yr. gathering dirt and grime! Just beautifuThey look new again!l!

Does a really good job of cleaning my dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher to replace our old one and had to opt for a smaller dishwasher due to the dimensions of the cabinet area. Although the area is smaller it still meets our needs, but it would probably not work well for a family of four or more. I like the stainless steel walls and the options for washing are more than sufficient for our needs. I rinse my dishes and pots very thoroughly and the 1 hour wash cycle does a perfect job.
