[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher fixed all of the problems i had with my last dishwasher. This one is very quiet, and the latch on the door closes almost effortlessly. With my last dishwasher, you had to force it closed using both arms - this one closes using one finger! Dishes come out very clean! I'm very happy with this purchase!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed an ADA sized dishwasher to fit our space. This one works well. Much quieter than our previous dishwasher. Need to use the 'heat dry' option to dry the dishes after the washing cycle.
This dishwasher came with a new condo unit that we are living in and unfortunately, the design of the interior drawers could not be more useless. The Spacing for plates does not fit our plates, our cups do not stand up and fall over due to the bad design of the upper drawer. We cannot fit a full load of dishes and have frankly just given up on this. I wish there were other options for drawers to install, because this brand new unit has no place in our home and is an absolute embarrassment to who ever designed it.

I have had this dishwasher for a month and could not be more dissatisfied. This dishwasher was designed for an individual who lives alone and never cooks. It will not accommodate most of the pots, pans and cookware that fit easily in my previous dishwasher. The tines are so small and close together that even my plates and bowls do not fit well. If I attempt to load the dishwasher per the diagram, my salad bowls take up the entire half of the top rack and leave space for only a few glasses. The tines are so short that my salad bowls fall over every time I slide the rack in or out. I can fit fewer than half the dishes that would go in my old dishwasher, and I can’t load any cookware except for a small pot. My sheet pans don't fit! If you live alone and only eat takeout meals, then this is the dishwasher for you. I love to cook and expect the products I buy to be functional and well-designed- this is not. I had to buy this sight unseen due to Covid. I am incredulous that something so badly designed would ever be put into production. It's amazing to think a new product would be so substantially inferior to an old one; I really wish I had my old dishwasher back. I have already ordered another dishwasher to replace this one- I hate it so much I am willing to take the financial loss.

Thanks for your feedback. We always want to know when one of our owners needs help. Here are a few tips to help address your concern with loading dishwasher. Load small plates and bowls in two half rows, so that the front of each plate faces the back of the plate in front of it, and the open sides of the plates at the center of the dishwasher face each other. The bottom basket is designed to load plates, soup bowls, plates, saucers and cookware. Additional information can be found in your Use&Care guide on page 7.
