Both bands, 2.4 and 5, are noticeably faster than my previous N300 router. And I am only running old client devices that do not yet use wifi6 protocols. On the 5GHz band, my tablet sometimes gets 200Mbps, which is excellent at my house. The web app user interface makes it easy to administer the parameters. So I am satisfied with my new router. My tablet and 5GHz connection goes through gypsum walls with no difficulties. I have great connectivity throughout my whole 1500 sq. ft. house.

They are great devices and cover a large area with loads of features, but the network occasionally drops which is bot annoying; not a deal breaker though!

Super easy set up. Awesome coverage. Great speeds. Was an Orbi user for 3 years before but one of the satellites went down creating a dead spot. Replaced Orbi with ASUS Zen and am very impressed. No drops and same speeds as Orbi. These are super small and work great.

The Asus ZenWiFi AX Mini allowed me to get the full capability of my internet. I previously was using the wireless within my Arris router and only getting around 50-80 MB, after setting up the ZenWiFi, I am now getting over 600MB. In addition, I have full coverage through my entire home, no dead spots. Well worth the money.

I recently purchased the ASUS ZenWiFi AX Mini (XD4) MESH system at the recommendation of two other users. I needed to get a stronger WiFi signal for my solar panels to a sensor that was placed outside my house on a wall at the opposite end of the house. This unit came with 2 nodes, but I found by experimenting with placement that only one node was needed to get the required signal strength. Set up was relatively painless as long as one owns a smart phone so the installation App could be used. The units are relatively small and unobtrusive.

I’ve had this AI mesh system for about a week. So far so good. I’m getting great coverage and faster speeds than I did with my previous mesh system which was also ASUS but it was 2 routers combined into a mesh system.
