[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with this dishwasher, I have had it since March 2021. It has been working great and it cleans my dishes better then I expected. It's easy to use. I love that it has the stainless steel inside. I would recommend this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both racks pull out hard which disrupts the dishes. The bottom rack when you pull it out is difficult to put back in. On the plus side it cleans very well and is very quiet.

poor rack design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] wife hates racks, bottom rack tines are suppose to fold down, they don't. They don't hold as many dishes as are old Maytag did. inner kick plate is silver when machine is black, should be painted black as the small kick plate

The only displeasure is the top rack very poor design to place and stack dishes and glassware!
The stems are too low and the dishes woll not stand up correctly! I would gladly purchase an updated version of the top rack!!!

Dish rack spacing design does not accommodate older, thicker full dinner service dishware, utensils and cooking pots and pans. a very disappointing feature limiting dishwasher use. The older replaced model had a very usable basket design, accepted a large load of varying dinnerware, silverware, high stem glasses, and cooking pans in one load. As a consumer, considering the load limitations created by the tight rack spacing and configuration design, it has been a challenge to load and use the unit.

Quiet but poor rack design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is quiet but loading the top as described in manual doesn't work. The glasses work better on the bottom. Took several washings to finally figure out the best way to wash the most dishes while making sure they dry well. Glasses would work on top if tines were taller. Also, I replaced the utensil holder with a smaller one from diff dishwasher to allow flexibility for odd sized pans etc. Also don't like that I have to remember to select heat drying option, that should be a default one would have to deselect if don't want to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does a great job of washing. My only problem is finding a place to put my glasses and cups. They don't seem to have a place to fit without being supported by other glasses and cups. I prefer to not have anything touch each other. The top rack is a terrible design for me. The lower rack needs longer pins to more securely hold and separate the dishes.
