Good until it broke

I bought this appliance in the autumn of 2019. Within 11 months of installation, the sump assembly failed. Due to supply chain issues caused by the global pandemic, this part is backordered with no anticipated ETA.
I would not have anticipated an apparently high-quality appliance with Energy Star certification, quiet, quick cycles, and compact size to fail within one year of purchase. Even with those features, I can't recommend this product. I am now doing my dishes by hand while I wait for a part that may never arrive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broken in less than a year

I was happy with this unit but it broke in less than one year.
The circulation pump is broken. Must be a common part to break on this model/unit as I see similar complaints. I called for warranty and they assigned me a repair service in my city. It has been a month and I am
still washing dishes by hand. I waited for a back ordered part but it turned out to be the wrong pump as the repair person made a mistake. I now have to wait for a new part and install date. I would guess I will be doing dishes by hand for another month. Not happy at all with this product and quite honestly a bit surprised to especially based on the price tag and more premium look to this product.

Third times the curse

Purchased the 18' Dishwasher because i have a small kitchen. This dishwasher worked great for the first 6 months. Now 24 months in and I've needed repairs twice. Same i4 code. And trying to get in touch with any from frim Frigidaire is impossible. Phone call takes you through loops of selection only to hang upon you and nobody responds to web tickets. Last time I have anything to do with this company.

Dishes are exceptionally clean…no comparison to hand washing. It’s my first owned dish washer.

Leaves dishes wet

I have had this dishwasher for about a month, works , cleans, noise level ok. But the dishes are wet and the inside of the door is wet. You will have to dry your dishes by hand

To improve drying, please select the heat dry, hi-temp wash, or sanitize options and make sure you are using rinse aid. The high temp wash option increases the water temperature to 140 degrees helping the dishwasher detergent remove food, grease, and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in improved drying performance. Not working and the CODE I4 coming up

Why is there a code I4 all of sudden. Worked find this afternoon and then this code came on and can not get rid of it. Check drain intake and no leaks. Why does this happen so quickly?

Efficiency

I like the unit been quite, efficient, and the slim design (with bottom cover). The only challenge is to mount it under the cabiet. I have some ideas in some design innovation and believe it can make the installation much easier.
