1st cable failed after 5.5 mos. Replacement didn’t work at all upon arrival. Let’s hope the replacement cable being sent is (the 3rd One) is the lucky charm. Customer service has been superior!

The cable is flat not round so it’s a little stiff. I think with time it will loosen up and become more flexible. The length is great. Gives you greater range of movement if you need to move around with your device or if the outlet is hidden or at a distance the device will always be in sight.
