I have only used this product two times. However, six years ago I had the same grill in Alaska. I sold it and now rebought this one.

Very easy to master

I purchased the product one year ago. Assembly took about 1 1/2 hours including the installation of the natural gas conversion kit (extra).
I’ve cooked steaks, chicken thighs and breasts, blackened fish on a griddle, and vegetables. Cooks great with good grill marks. The unit heats to 500 degrees F but when using only the far right burner it is easy to create a hot/cool areas to prevent burning. There are no flare ups do to the cooking design.
I wish the side burner was higher BTUs where a frying pan could be used.
Overall, I would buy again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have owned Char-Broil for 10 years plus 4 burners, It was time to get a new 3 burners

I have owned Char-Broil 4 burners for 10 years plus, it was time to get a new 3 burners and retire the old. I don't like the fact that there is no shelf below the grill and the back is not completely enclosed. Even a little more disappointing was the sticker on the lid and burner top, left sticky residue on the finish. :(
