Didn't get the model grill I paid for

I ordered and paid for the Amplifire model but I believe you sent me and older Signature Series grill and not the newer Amplifier model. There is no Amplifier badge on the grill cabinet as your ad pictures show. The grill shipped to me was in an older Signature Series (beat up) box. There are no Amplifier markings on the box, none on any of the inclded paperwork and no Amplifier markings on the grill components. How do you justify sending me and older model but charging me for the new model? I really like the tru-infrared grilling system, but believe I didn't get the model grill I paid for.

Nice grill but cheaply made

Chat-Broil products offer good value however, over time, the metal has become thinner and thinner. I am reluctant to purchase from them again until the quality of their products improve.

Great grill when new

I love the grill when it's new. However, the stainless steel grill grates don't last long and are expensive to replace. They start rusting out in a little over a year.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Won me over!

I was skeptical. See, I thought that I loved using the flareups from the fat melting off of my steaks to char them, but I took a chance on the infrared and I get it now. I'm still able to char and melt that fat, but the steaks are so much jucier.
The heat is actually even versus the hot spots and cold spots on my old grill. Way easier to control temp.
Also, I have a whole-hog custom brick smoker at my house but I tried ribs with hickory chunks right on the grates and the ribs offset from the heat and I swear they were the best ribs I've ever made.
The grill cleans up really nicely using the included tool and a charbroil cool-clean brush and the stainless looks like the day I bought it 2 months later.
So yeah, I'm sold.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst grill ever!

This has to be the worst grill, when I purchased it I did so based upon the 3 emmiters. The 3 emmiters needed to be replaced so I ordered them based upon the diagram on the website. I received 1 of 3 I had to return it and pay for shippinig since I was informed I'll need to purchase another 2 and pay again for shipping. I will never purchase a Ghar-Broil product again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Grill!!

I bought this grill about 3 weeks ago, and so far has been a great grill. I also put it together myself which was fairly easy and added the gas conversion kit so I wouldn't need the LP bottle anymore. I will say it was a bit harder to clean then I thought it would be and that was after spraying the grill surfaces before using. so that was something I was not expecting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the 2nd Charbroil infrared grill I have owned. The first was a 4 burner with side table burner. It produced the best flavored food I have ever grilled. I had the grill 6-7 years only having to replace grates and emitter trays. This grill is smaller, but equally great. I tell everyone I can about Charbroil’s infrared grills for grilling.

I haven’t grilled in over a decade, but when we got this new grill I told my husband I wanted to try it too. I’ve used it the last two nights in a row (burgers, then a steak) and everything has turned out PERFECTLY. Easy to use. No flare ups, which honestly threw me off for a minute... Evenly cooked, juicy meats. Yum. Gonna try scallops soon. I am so happy to be grilling again!
