Just fits our needs!!

We purchased our Char Broil about 6 years ago. We LOVE the unit! We replace our rocks periodically and have had to purchase a new heating element. It still works fabulously and delivers tasty, juicy cooked perfectly foods.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks good but does not stay hot when open

My husband and I tried and tried to get grill marks but it was impossible with this grill...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

the new grill down fall.

the new grill looks great. the bad mistake was the insulated upper and lower pan lift out. I had to design the new grill with old insulated pans they did not fit perfectly but they did the job. can cook my chicken in 30 min. so juicy and falls off the bone. steaks sear out side quick and cooks to perfection.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What happen to the other electric smoker?

Will Char-broil bring back the big easy electric smoker grill? I believe that to be best yet with amazing results. I’ve been trying to purchase one as a gift but I noticed it’s missing.

I got my grill delivered today and was so excited to use it. (Not my first electric grill). After cleanup from assembly, I started the heating up process.. 5:27pm on my cctv cameras...put some corn on the grill at 5:51pm. Put the thinnest steaks I have ( 1/4 inch) on at 6:14pm.... Long story short, finished... Kinda at 7:48pm. Ordered food because I didn't want beef jerky and waiting to call for a return tomorrow. Very sad day
