Or this grill is exactly as advertised. It works great! I did read that it takes longer to cook a steak or, if you open the top you lose all your heat. I had no problem cooking my steaks in the same amount of time as my gas grill and I opened it frequently. Char marks look great too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Grill

I love my grill but I didn't get to use it that much before the control and heating element went bad.

I bought this grill a few years ago and used it one time. It’s hard to get it hot enough and it just isn’t the same as grilling with gas or charcoal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Convenient and easy clean up

I bought this in June 2020 and use at least 2xs a week during the summer, and about once a month in the fall and winter, depending on the weather, including today, December 6. Works just as it did on day 1. Only giving 4 stars because when I use on the highest setting (5), it trips my breaker. But now I just use it on 4 with the same results. Not grilling anything overly complicated, just frozen bubba burgers, hot dogs, tuna and mackerel. Food is delicious and love that I don't have to refill propane or burn and clean (and wait) for charcoal. Honestly, the breaker is probably my house's issue, and not the grill.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great for a year or two, but doesn’t last

Heats up a little slow but worked great until it shorted out maybe 2 years later, even with relatively light use

This is my 2nd patio bistro purchase. I bought one 5 years ago and i recently bought this last one for a friend as a gift. I grilled for m friend , and perhaps noticed a difference, as in...is it NOT as hot?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Flare ups

Doesn’t hold temp.

Very disappointed in this product. Grill would reach high temp for preheat but after opening top and filling grill it would never regain temp. Has not been used 10 times and now it’s not getting hot at all.
