Fantastic electric grill

I bought this because we could not store gas at my condo. It provides a great grilling experience with the same flavor as a gas grill

Best grill ever!

My wife and I have been through five gas grills since we've been married and just got sick of tasting the gas smell on our food, especially when the tank starts running out. Infrared technology cooks the food thoroughly and even manages to sear the outsides without burning. All of our friends agree with us that the food tastes better than gas. I bought my next-door neighbor one of these grills and he absolutely loves it! We will buy another one when the time comes. Oh, I almost forgot, hot dog lovers - you'll love the taste of your dogs when using this grill.

As MANY OTHERS have said, takes forever (like an hour) to heat to 450 (mine never got there) and the MOMENT you open it to place your food on the grate you lose 75% of the heat. There is no resolving this. Poorly designed. I'll give mine away as I wouldn't dare charge anyone for this very substandard product. I'll use my little Weber charcoal grill instead. Very disappointed .. VERY.

It gets warm

It gets to to 350, I’m not baking brownies… Sear needs a cast iron pan butter… chard is out with this grill

I grill almost every meal so ❤️ my CB Tru Infrared.
Easy to assemble. Easy to clean. Miss my fold- out side tables, though.
Please continue to make these.

I wouldn't call this a Grill at all

This thing is a waste of money. I followed all the directions. Gave it the Preheat and got it really hot and it could not maintain temperature to cook chicken legs. I shouldn't have purchased this. Now its just taking up space on my already small patio. I can't even justify trying to sell this piece of junk to someone else. What a waste of money. My stove and oven cook food better than this.

Pretty useless

We have used this grill 3 times without good results. It only went over 500 degrees the first use. Since then it only goes to 400. The burgers get grill marks but don’t really get done inside even after 30 min on the grill. I took mine off and it was not hot inside, just warm. And the hot dog didn’t even get grill marks. We were only making 2 burgers, and 1 hot dog. another time I tried chicken thighs with the skin and bone. It was disgusting. The skin got grill marks but other than that the skin was not crispy. The inside was kind of wet, even after 40 min. Not good at all. Very disappointed with this purchase. That infrared stuff is just hype. It’s not even as good as my George Forman grill I use in the house, just 10 times more expensive. In the basement it goes

Slow heat recovery

I purchased last week tried it out a couple days later. Took 20 minutes to heat to 350 degrees. Lost 50 degrees when opening the lid for just several seconds. Lost 100 degrees when opening the lid to add products or turn products over. Grill never got above 375. Had to wait 20 minutes between grilling vegetables to grilling steaks because the grill dropped to 200 degrees while taking the vegetables off the grill. The grill grate never got hot enough to mark any of the vegetables ang only got a grill mark on one side of the steak. What should have taken 30 minutes to cook dinner took well over an hour because the grill never got hot enough and took to long to recover any heat
