Loved it, but it quit

I've had it 1 yr and it worked great, did wonderful. But it won't heat up now. It will turn on, but the heating element quit working. How do I get that part?

Some drawbacks

I’ve owned my patio bistro several years. I am happy with how it cooks food but I’m unhappy with 1)how hard it is to move for more than a few feet. 2)The electric cord is so short that I can’t move the grill away from the house or to a spot conducive to wind direction. Extension cords are forbidden. 3) Finally, the grate is extremely hard to clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If an extension cord must be used use only outdoor type with 3 prong grounding plug, rated for 15 amperes or more, approved by UL, marked with a W and a tag stating “Suitable for Use with Outdoor Appliance”. Use the shortest length extension cord required. Do not connect 2 or more extension cords together. A 12 or 14 gauge extension cord of 50 ft. or less is acceptable. good little grill

I brought this a year ago use it once a week or so basic hamburgers, chicken, and steak.
it takes a while to get up to temperature won't go over 350 or so in the colder months. I like no flare ups at all great. The grates get grimy quick but clean while it is hot every time no big deal to me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

When working it was great! Replaced all electrical parts and within one month it fails to heat. Total disappointment for the cost. Company wont back repair needs after first. I would not put $ into these grills

Waste of money

Purchased this grill along with cover because it was the perfect size. After 5 uses the grate has so much rust we stopped using for fear of rust in our food! The grate is only stainless plated!!! NO solid stainless grate is available for this model.
We ran the propane 15 minutes before and after and oiled well each time. Also always covered.
Don't waste your money..

Works great. Until heating element quit

I love it. Temperature guage and settings on control are accurate enough that I can control cook time well. With lid down all areas of grill produce same result. I am very disappointed that heating element quit after two months! I am older and can't do repair myself. Provisional yes on recommend this. Element NOT covered under warranty!

Total pice of garbage

I've owned a Char Broil TRU Infrared previously and decided to upgrade to the larger unit. This grill is utter garbage, doesn't stay hot, screw keep coming out of lid on right side, our meat never quite seems properly cooked - either over (left on too long) or under. The fat on steaks does not ever render as well. Total waste of money
