Pros: Easy to assemble, easy to clean, quick cooking, very delicious results (so far, lamb, steak, seafood, and potatoes).
Cons: Grill grate chipped after first use, temperature does not heat as quickly after a few uses.

It is a slow cooker that does not do well with any frozen material like hamburger patties unless you are only cooking one round of a handful. The slow cooking is great for steaks and such as getting them cook perfectly is easier with the slow cooking speed.

So far So Good

Bought end of season last year and just put together recently, Im on a 2nd floor covered apt here in my state and we are unable to have Gas/Charcoal so Im limited in my Grill use, after much research went with this one, I have been using quite alot over the last few weeks and it seems to be fine for our use, but like other reviews say, Heat it up, then when you open it dont expect the heat to get back that high, but I seem to have it down to a science, but I have one question, I was re-reading the manual just now about cleaning and it mentions that I should use the included cleaning tool (there was no included cleaning tool - did you get one?) I did go and buy a bunch of cleaning brushes and tools but there wasnt anything included?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is very good when it is clean but to clean it is really a nightmare. Is not only my opinion but all of those who bought it are really disappointed and have the same problem.

Heating Element

Grill works great when able to us it, heating element went out in 1 1/2 years of owning grill and been trying to order a new heating element since June of 2021 and yet to have a new element....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked great until it didn't

Great grill when it works. Very happy with ease of use, no propane, and quality of cooking. However, after owning 2, both of which had their heating element malfunction after less than a year, we won't get another one and I can recommend it. To make the problem worse there is a 6-12 month back order on replacement heating elements.

Need some heat

Won’t get up passed 350 open the lid it goes to 200 in seconds and takes 10 min to recover to 350… I had the electric patio grill in the past and loved it… This one not so much.
