This has been my year-round (I'm in California) go-to cooking appliance for nearly three years now. I never would have put up with the mess/hassle of charcoal, and gas grills are not much better. You do need to learn how to use it properly, so experiment a little. I cook steaks, pork chops, seafood (on foil, not direct) veggies, potatoes - you name it. And it's a breeze to clean too!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love it! Sometimes I just want a couple pieces of grilled fish and I just plug it in. clean up is good also.

Great food but burners go out fast!

We love the grill and now have two sitting in our barn both with burned out heating elements. No one has them in stock so they are useless!
