[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a ThinkPad T490 Laptop recently. There was an issue occurred that was the screen turned black when I didn't use the laptop for a while, but I couldn't have it turn on when I wanted to use it. The situation was I didn't use the laptop for like 20 minutes, and it went to sleep mode and it was on battery power. The only way to have the screen back was that I have to press the power button to restart the laptop and every program I had on the laptop was gone. This happened twice so far. It more likely is Windows' problem. I want to report the issue that I had so far since I received this survey request.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an very powerful ultra book, the response and performance is amazing! I didn't know the book was soo thin compared to my other laptops. One thing that could be better is the battery, otherwise the laptop is great for its value.
