[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the keyboard and touch pad. The 14" touch screen is easy to read and very responsive to touch. Its light weight for carrying to meetings. Very well designed!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Laptop performs great and is very sturdy. There is less of all the unnecessary software loaded onto it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Thinkpads. I love the T-series and how it looks. It has the perfect balance for personal life and WFH with portability. This machine rocks, has the best keyboard and can perform everything I need. Improvements I would like to see in future models are three: better sound quality and volume, less heat and, finally, a way to avoid so many fingerprints so easy. Thanks!

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's so smooth, the keyboard is the best, the case is smooth and comfortable. It cools down really fast and the fan is not that loud. There is even a camera blocker like the old Thinkpad. Just love it! One down side is that it's easily taking finger marks. Btw, the game even runs smoothly, even, though, it might heat up a little since it's not a gaming laptop at first place.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looked all over for the latch to open the laptop -- couldn't find any. Then I realized that there was no latch to open. Just lift the lid. Very clever, but I spent minutes trying to figure it out. You could have warned me! Keyboard: Why put useless pictograms on the Function keys and make the 'F' number barely visible? That is the most useless development I've ever seen. Also, the layout of the Home, Delete, PgUp, and PgDn keys is completely different than on the previous T model I used. Thanks for the consistency! Windows setup was a pain, as it always is. Somehow the User ID was set to something I don't remember controlling. As a result, the Documents got shifted over to an entirely different target location than I wanted. This was very frustrating and confusing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my daughter attending graduate school. We reviewed the specs together online and picked the model and specs/options she wanted. The initial selection was more of a custom build. I received a call from one of the sales associates informing me that the custom builds would be shipping later than expected. I really needed this to arrive during my daughter's term break so the associate recommended more of a standard pre-built model with more memory at a small price increase. I agreed to it and the laptop arrived within 3 days! My daughter is completely happy with her new laptop, and I can't praise the customer service & sales associate enough!
