[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old laptop was a T440. The T490 is noticeably faster, a little smaller (same screen size however!) lighter and the battery lasts longer. I use my laptop every day and I'm very happy with this upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just what I was counting on. Fast, light and easy to set up. The computer goes step by step to get all the settings set for me. I had a Thinkpad through my work but needed a personal one. Our tech said this one was going to be a beast and it is. Don't have to wait for anything to load, can multi-task and does video conferencing well. Thank you Lenovo to continue to make a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a good experience overall with the laptop and the docking station so far. Had an issue where the system wouldn't use the resolution my external monitor is capable of, but that seems to be caused by the gen 10 i5 processor and integrated Intel UHD graphics not supporting DVI connections. Not sure about the battery life yet, it's been used mostly connected to the dock so far.

Pros: Great performance, batery life and the device is light
Cons: The keyboard is not backlit
