[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the laptop for people that need to get things done. Best keyboard out there, solid performance, and tough enough to travel with every day. Memory and SSD upgrades are also pretty easy to do yourself if needed.

So far it has lived up to my experience qith Thinkpads it sturdy, durable, fast and just what I wanted. I brought it for personal uae but great for work use.

Good, but Sometimes the Cortana Doesn't Work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this thinkpad, it is really great, but sometimes the Cortana,(Like Siri) doesn't work. I enabled the microphone,(The microphone isn't muted) but sometimes when I say, "Hey Cortana", it doesn't work. Now, I know that sometimes it takes a little time to turn on and you have to ask a question, but sometimes it just doesn't work. I hope in later models that the Cortana works.

It has a SSD which is something I insisted on because I found them to be much faster and quieter than hard drives. It has an excellent video and very good sound. We are very happy with this laptop and would recommend this laptop to anyone.
