[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Much thinner and lighter than expected, but still sturdy feeling. Keyboard is nice size for the small format with decent key feedback. Touch pad has hidden buttons at the bottom - can't see them in the pictures, so I thought it would be just the 2 above it - so that is nice. Screen is crisp, clear and bright. This is my 6 ThinkPad over the last 20 years and they are still building them solid.

Rapid charging is a huge bonus and I am also impressed by the USB-C power charging. My girlfriend who owns a Mac is so impressed by the T490 that I find her using it secretly :D
