Well built with new fatures

I brought this 1.5 months back. Everything works well. Screen Pad plus has advantages when multitasking but for normal use where you are working on only one application, it may not be that usefull. Also need some adjustments with keyboard operation due to position of the keyboad. But the build quality is very good. All other things works very well. Watching movies, music quality, application rendering and fastness, all works very well and i am satisfied.
Only thing noticed is sometimes if adobe lightroom is open and if laptop is closed and reopened, the app gets hanged and have to use task manager to close it. I am not sure if it is app issue or laptop issue. Hence wornt blame ASUS.

Great for presentations, bad blue screens.

Works great for business zoom calls, and showing presentations to clients. The bad is getting blue screens and constantly getting stuck when projecting/duplicating to another screen. The most annoying is when the screen does not respond to either touch or mouse, takes about a minute or two to start working again. I'm receiving a warranty extension from ASUS for posting this feedback, with the problems I'm already having @ only 1 month of use..... It's going to need it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Laptop

I really love my laptop, kinda hard to type in the begining as soon you control your fingers with the new keyborad you will like to work with two screns and the mouse pad on your right

I bout this as I needed a more powerful machine and this blew me away. You can multi-task and the pad allows you to perform multi-task. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to have a powerful machine and ease of use. One thing I do not like the USB c port does not have all of the functionality and is limited.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a lot for me to finally pull the trigger for a new laptop. I wanted something a little unique and the dual screens called out to me. I'm very pleased with the quality and performance, feels solid with its metal body! My only situation I have observed is occasionally after I wake it, the fan runs very fast and loud. The only way to stop it is by restarting it. I have researched this online and it appears to be common and not just with Zenbooks.

Great performance in a unique package!

This review is for the Zenbook Duo 14 UX482EG-XS74T, and I am receiving a warranty extension from ASUS for my feedback. This particular model comes with 16GB memory and 1TB SSD drive, core I7 11th-gen processor. It is very responsive for business use, and comes in a very sleek form factor. The keyboard takes a while to get used to, but not too bad if you don't mind laying your wrists on the desk rather than on the computer. The integrated second display is very useful to me as I can leave it open with notes and other reminders while on video conference calls with less awkwardness than looking on the other direction with an external monitor. Both displays are touchscreen, and the included pen is really great to work with.
