Unable to Disable Bluetooth!

Just purchased to install in a school. Incredibly, we discovered there is no way to disable Bluetooth. Thus we are getting Bluetooth pairing requests popping up on the TV from students constantly. Unbelievable incompetence on Samsung's part considering the high likelihood a commercial display is going to be installed in a semi-public space.
