Great option only lacking one thing

They work great on all intended surfaces. They have enough of a point to bury in soft ground for stability and make the tripod much more stable on granite than the rubber feet. But they aren't as aggressive as some "pro" landscape photography feet so I'm not worries about tossing them in a carry on and getting through the TSA.
The only thing I dislike about them is there's no easy option to switch between Spike and rubber tip. I have another tripod that has rubber feet that are threaded over the spikes for easy indoor use. I would like to see a rubber cap to put on these like with trekking poles for when I have to set up inside.
That being said I'm still giving it 5 stars because it does accomplish the intended purpose brilliantly.

Changing between spike feet and rubber feet is time consuming. It would be nice to have some kind of insert or cover that could be quickly slipped over the spikes when alternating between soft and hard surfaces.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Santa just dropped them off, so I’ll have to update later when there’s been a chance to actually use them, but the machining is Pretty Dern (‘PD’) perfect.

Ugh these feet though! Great quality, nice little carry bag. Love those bags I use them all. I have used them bit outdoors this summer and I am really looking forward to some snow action coming soon. The attach quickly and work perfectly.

Gravely Important

I had to travel to a cemetery and take video footage on extremely uneven terrain, up a steep grade, and these spiky feet held my Travel Tripod firmly in place without a wobble or a worry. Love 'em, and they're well worth the deliberate ritual of switching back and forth from the rubber feet. When they're on ... they're ON.

I shoot a lot of landscapes, especially waterfalls. These feet work great to grip on rock, or now that it is Winter, ice!
