Not what I was expecting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So my mother had got a new tv and asked if I would like to have hers. Well how could I say no it was pretty much new. She said the only thing wrong with it was it wasnt loud enough for her. So I took it home and plugged it in and tried to watch it Ithe volume was all the way on 0 so i cut it up and at 14 it was already blowing me away. I cut it all the way up and i knew their was Noway she had the volume up I told her the next day to find out she had the remote upside down like she did her new tv and said it wasnt loud enough. I use it to watch Netflix and chill and it's great for fortnight

Amazing qualities

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Television has one of the best quality screens I've ever seen. The audio system is top notch and with it's different modes, you can change from Movie mode to Gaming Mode in an instant. 10/10 would recommend.

Great Idea but Connection Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of having a flip TV but having to connect to 2.4 GHz wifi band and not been able to Tap and connect make it not worth it of what you pay for it. Even using Samsung phone last generation.

Thank you for choosing The Sero TV and for your review. We appreciate your feedback regarding the connectivity issues you are experiencing with your TV. The Sero supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection:

1) Make sure that no items that can generate electromagnetic interferences are placed between the TV and the wireless/wired access point.

2) Check if the access point is turned on. If it is on, turn it off, wait 1 or 2 minutes, and then turn it on. Enter the correct password if required.

3) If the wireless connection fails, connect the TV to the access point via a LAN cable. If the TV can connect to the Internet normally via the wired connection, there might be a problem with the access point. In this case, try using a different access point.

4) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test

5) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.

Please also make sure that you are always running the latest firmware update. You can check this by going to Settings > Support > Software Update or you can enable Auto Update for convenience.

My Sero TV experience!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pandemic kept us indoors for the most part. My family and I were running out of new experiences or things to do at home. Ordered a Sero TV and the things I’ve been able to do have been endless. I even keep it on at home when I have guests over or working on my laptop. I use it as my own personal digital signage sometimes. LOL. Portraits of the kids, videos even small gifs when celebrating a family get together. It’s all become significantly more interesting haha!
