HUUUUUGE upgrade from our gas range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife picked up baking and started making a variety of goodies, and this convection oven couldn't have come at a better time! So far we've used the "Convection Bake" and "Air Fry" options the most, both are right on point. The "Convection Convert" feature is a nice touch to quickly take 25-degree off the set temperature in "Convection Bake". Another honorable mention is the "Convection Roast", that cooks a big chicken evenly (think breast and drumstick.
A little trick we've learned to avoid losing too much heat (because although the convection fan shuts off when the door is open, there's enough inertia to keep the fan going for a good 5 seconds) is to only open the door enough to trigger the light, and wait for the convection fan to come to a stop before opening the oven door further - otherwise you could be losing 20-30 degree of preheated air from the convection fan blowing the hot air straight out the oven door.
There's one thing with the oven that I didn't expect but sort of makes sense: there's a 1-inch diameter hole (covered in metal mesh) on the ceiling of the cooking space, and a fan between that and the top housing cover that appears to draw air from around the housing of the oven and the 1-inch hole, and push it out the front in between the control panel and the oven door - presumably to keep the wall oven's surrounding from overheating (maybe all electric wall ovens have that but this is my first so I'm just writing down what stood out to me)
For how we use our oven, there are 2 upgrades that would make the oven more desirable than it already is - but perhaps they aren't there for good, safety reasons:
1. A timer function that stops the cooking function (or set to Keep Warm) - the timer function on the oven only beeps once the countdown is done, it doesn't change the cooking function
2. or better yet, a WiFi module to make it a smart oven, but that's just me, wanting to be able to control things from anywhere with internet

LOVE this Oven with Air Fry!

It arrived in perfect condition and I installed it easily. It looks great!
The heavy duty slide out rack will be great for the turkey or other heavy items.
All the features work well, especially the Air Fry. I got the Air Fry tray a few days later and did 3 different coatings for fried pickles: Cheetos, Spicy Cheetos, and Jalapeño Kettle Chips. For a first try, they were excellent.
I recommend this oven highly. You'll be very pleased!

Great Overall Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven displayed superb functions and it actually exceeded our expectations. Wow. OUr daughter baked some muffins and wow, the difference from our previous oven to this is night and day. It just makes your food taste sooo much better. The included temperature probe is a feature that we truly love. No more wasting time and heat opening oven to determine if the meat was cooked. The air fry option is an even better addition. Just a word of advice, place a pan or foil paper under to trap all the byproducts of the meal underneath. Perhaps a 'grease trap' for the air fryer needs to be added. Other than that, this product is well worth the price and you won't be disappointed.

Great features; some quality/performance issues

The touch panel seems to have some dead spots (i.e. the number 0 doesn’t take input well) and it sometimes changes the temperature when I’m adjusting the timer (and yes, I know how to perform both inputs). Also, the entire touch panel came loose on the second day. The retailer sent out a repair person (which took about a week) and they are ordering a replacement front touch panel. Once that is replaced I look forward to many good years of service. I love the air-fry feature for this oven, and how quickly the oven pre-heats.

Honestly very impressed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a little over a month ago and couldn’t be happier! Have only used the air fryer setting once, but am excited to keep trying. HOWEVER I have used the proofing setting multiple times and that alone sells this oven for me! It keeps a consistent temperature for even proofing every time and I just cannot begin to explain how much I love that! The quick preheat is also an added bonus! And it is very user friendly!

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used my new oven to cook a port tenderloin tonight with the Convection Roast feature & using the temperature probe. It turned out perfectly and quicker than my previous regular oven.
