Wow, this machine is awesome. It is so quiet no one knows you're using it when they are in the next room. It's so smooth, and I sweat a ton! My workouts have definitely moved to a different level. My only complaint is the lack of resources. I can't find any instructional videos or tips on how to use the machine. I found some for other brands that have helped, but nothing from Bowflex. Such as, the right posture, how to use the display, and where to place my feet, etc. That's my only complaint, that I had to use a different brand to show me the right way to use an elliptical. And, I still have no idea why the display shows what it does, because the distance and calories don't make any sense. Regardless, my back hurts less now that I'm not running and I am getting to a killer workout. #sweepstakes

It has cool features like a fan and speakers for your phone. I have knee issues so the low impact simulates running but without the impact so its great for that!
