My wife mainly uses this product since I bought it for her but I use it from time to time and it is a great machine. I just wish that the stride was adjustable but all in all it is wonderful.

It has settings for beginners all the way up to very fit people. My cardio was never a strong point I'm more into weights however this thing owns me which makes me want to be better at the cardio side. #sweepstakes
