This is a good heavy elliptical. It did arrive with both of the speed increase/decrease and incline increase/decrease buttons broken off of the handles. They still work, but are not tight in the handles. They are held in with one screw into plastic. Not the best idea. The machine is quiet and challenging with a smooth stride. Overall, it's a well built machine.

My husband worried about my lack of exercise, as did I. So, when I asked if I could get this machine, he was more than willing to let me get it. I'm taking things slowly to build up my endurance and to not hurt myself. I find myself wanting to be on it longer each time.

Relatively good assembly instructions, took about 2 1/2 hours, includes a bottle of silicone lubricant to use on the flex points. Operates very smoothly and efficiently;easy to use console, programs and blue tooth. I love the Bowflex results app to keep track of my workouts. I also use the run social app. Very happy with this product so far.

Built like a tank

This product is built like a tank!! Challenging to put together by myself because the item is heavy- but I don't consider this a negative thing! I like that it is durable and solid. It's higher quality! The only downside for me - is that it seems the range of motion is slightly small. I am 5'9, female, long legs and the range of motion is more compatible with a shorter individual. However, I still really enjoy the workout!! I 100% would recommend
