Bought this after extensive research on how to get a more full body workout during the coronavirus pandemic. I would do long 6 walks and runs but my plantar faciaitis started to get inflamed. This is a great low impact cardio machine.

I've started doing the 7-minute program once a day and just building gradually on the resistance for a solid month before going on to the 14-minute and (eventually) 21-minute program every day. Commitment and consistency seems to be the key for me and I'm already seeing results and feeling better week after week. It's a workout program that gives you options so you can start with something small but effective and not feel overwhelmed and exhausted so quickly that you give up too soon. I am so grateful to have this in my life and look forward to continued good results :)

I love the variety of programs offered on the machine and on the JRNY app. The personalized workouts motivate me to exercise because I know I'll be able to handle it. Was never in the best of shape but getting older and needed to change. Needed something low impact that would be easy on the joints and to use. Looked at the Max trainer for awhile and decided to bite the bullet and got one. Didn't take me and hubby long to get it together (does come in 2 boxes and they are heavy and big) and then we tried it. Only been using it a little under a month now. It will work you. I try to use it every night after work so i can get into a routine and stay on track. The Max app I think needs more 'variety' of motivation comments and videos of workouts. The ones i can see are with younger trainers - not a bad thing. Just saying may be nice to see some closer to my age and not in 'perfect shape' so I can relate more?? #sweepstakes
