The max trainer will smoke you. This was a great addition for high intensity interval training. I wish I would've purchased it long ago. If you thinking about getting one, stop just buy it!

I'm so glad I purchased the M8. It's so smooth and quiet and Has such a small footprint. The workouts have such a wide range, it truly is from beginner to expert and I love that because some days I feel like a beginner but some days I could do a lot more, so now I have the option.

Why didn't I get this sooner? The convienence of having this in my own home is priceless. My goal is to move for at least 15 minutes after dinner. Even if I don't want to, having this machine at my home gives me no excuses to not do so. I get so into the workout that I actually end up sweating and making it 30 minutes or more. I never build or set anything up, but was able to do this with the help of my 14 year old daughter. If you're thinking about one, GET IT!!!

This works great! I researched on what to get for months. My wife had ACL surgery so she isn't able to use a treadmill anymore and we needed to find something else. This works PERFECT for her to get her strength back in her knee/leg. There is no pounding the pavement (or treadmill) with this. There aren't enough good things to say about it. I love this product. I get a fantastic workout and feel the affects the next day. The only issue I have is that it is making a noise (due to shipping problems) and we are still waiting for the boxflex repair man to come next week to fix it. However, it is very low impact! I have a bad back and knees from a car accident and this doesn't aggravate them at all, but rather relaxes my back! I also love that my 6 year old and 9 year old sons can easier work this machine and get a good workout in 7 minutes.
