Since this #Sweepstakes review does not include my age or reason for use, just let me say that I am over 70 and winter time here in NH does not offer a lot of opportunities to get outside and exercise, the BXE216 gives my wife and I that option indoors.

Purchasing, delivery, setup was nice and easy. Support staff friendly and knowledgeable (had some basic questions - nothing seriously wrong). This beats what I have been using in the gym! Paddles have a outward twist which causes pain in my right knee ligament. I have been using elliptical trainers for the last 12 years. never experienced this before. Makes more noise compared to my last unit. I want to return the unit but the team that set the unit up took the crate it arrived in. After I placed the order I thought perhaps I should try and repair my previous unit. within 10 hours I tried to cancel order but I was told I would either have to accept it or pay the shipping cost to get it returned. I didn't like that, I wish I simply placed the order through Dicks Sporting Goods. Not online with Bowflex direct. I believe it would of been easier working with Dicks Sporting Goods.
