Very easy to put together, I did it myself, couple of hours, taking my time. A lot of different programs to choose from weight loss, to strength and everything else between. Manual program allows a custom program to be set. It is very smooth and comfort to use, very easy on the joints. You do need some space, especially height. The stride length is just right, I am 6ft. #sweepstakes
