Worked for 5 months

I got this laptop in September of 2022, it’s now February 2023 and my laptop is stuck on my BIOS screen. After like an hour phone call, with a very nice tech lady, I figured out it wasn’t detecting my media drivers and the laptop had to be sent in to get fixed. Not only is this super annoying because I’ve had this laptop for 5 months, it’s super inconvenient and I have no idea how long this process is even going to take. I have had about 3 gaming laptops now and not one of them has ever stopped working so fast. I’m just lucky I still have it under warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Got this a little while back. Hardlined or wireless and I get nearly no lag regardless of frame rate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Laptop has been what it advertises. Stronger then most with the tuf shell. Does all the gaming I need at a good price point. Will update if there’s any issues !

I love mostly everything about this except the screen. It is not bright enough to combat the sun coming in from the window behind me.

I don’t use it for gaming, but I use it for running multiple businesses at one time that require many different windows and applications open. This computer handles it all like a champ! As an added bonus I love that it lights up and sounds like a little spaceship when the fan turns on. Can’t wait to have a long future with this laptop!

I am very happy with my purchase. This laptop is doing what it’s meant to do and can handle my games, as well as my work software. The reason I took off one star is because within the first week of using it, it completely froze and I couldn’t even ctrl alt delete. It never happened again but the laptop is still new and I am concerned about it happening again. Other than that I am satisfied with my purchase and recommend.
