So far, this laptop has performed at or above my expectations. The only thing negative I have to say, is it tends to run a little warm.

Fantastic unit for the price

Just got this laptop and can't say how happy I am with it. Very little boatware compare to others, quiet and the keyboard is fantastic.
Happy with the extra slot for another drive and up 32gb of ram.
Games and software run great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this laptop a month ago for school because I couldn’t bring myself to buy a laptop without a graphics card. I’m so glad I bought this one! It’s a reasonable price compared to other laptops and I love the features! A light up keyboard is awesome but having the separate buttons on the mouse pad were a must. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

My Asus Tuf Gaming Laptop Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a huge fan of Asus products, I recommend Asus to my friends and family. I just recently upgraded from my older Asus Rog to a new Asus Tuf. I mainly use Asus gaming laptops for video editing and music recording, which requires a lot of power to run all the software and hardware. I have had no issues with the Asus Tuf handling the job. I love the Asus Tuf for it's speed, it's slimmer frame and it feels solid, no cheap plastic like some other laptops. I love the colorful keyboard backlight selection. What I don’t like about it is how loud the fan gets at times. There is an option to go into quiet mode, but then you opt for less power. My older Asus Rog was silent, so I was surprised when I heard how loud this fan could get. Quiet fans are a selling point for me, along with speed. Had I known the fan was that loud, I would have looked at a different model because a loud fan for recording music is not something I want to hear in the background. Other than that, if fans are not an issue for you, I would highly recommend the Asus Tuf laptop.

battery life is less than 1/2 quoted

I brought this under a month ago and am mostly satified with it. The main drawback is the battery life is nowhere close to what was quoted and support does not seem to believe anyone could possibly live outside canada or america
