I had purchased the clear case a couple of days before and to my disappointment the metal ring around edge had came off as I pulled it out of my pocket. So, I communicated with customer service, took a picture of it, asked if they had another case without the metal and they sent me this one. I feel the customer service was awesome and this case meets all of my needs. So, I’m still going to rate the product very high. I haven’t dropped my phone yet to test it properly, but it’s material seems to be solid enough to withstand a low drop.
I would recommend this to a friend!
