The product is excellent, and the service equally excellent. I ordered the wrong product (my error) and the company (Kim in particular) was immediately responsive, sent a postage free mailer to me to return the original product, and immediately sent the correct item. I could not be more pleased.

This is a pretty case that is easy to put on. It is durable as well. It does have a raised rim around the cameras to protect from sliding on surfaces but I was disappointed about not having a cover plate for the cameras. Even a small separate piece to snap into the case would be nice and easy to replace when surface gets scratched. Over all I recommend this case.

The perfect case!

I love this case! The rubber doesn’t show scratches and look old after awhile. The acoustic channel is something I never knew I needed, but now I don’t want a phone case without it! I have two kids and am also sometimes pretty clumsy, so my phone has taken quite a few falls in this case and has come out the other side unscathed save for a few scuffs that don’t bother me at all.
After taking the case off too many times, (my ring light phone holder wasn’t big enough, but now I have a magnet holder and don’t need to remove the case) it kind of fell apart. The metal edges came off. But it’s still usable. I would like to purchase another one, but they’re out of stock of purple for my 11 Pro Max. Please please PLEASE make more of these cases in purple???? I need a new case and really REALLY don’t want to have to try and find another one that is as perfect as this. (Because I don’t think it exists!)
