Have never experienced any problems, the colors are crisp and the change from old ink to new is easy, however I wish the price were a little less

The quality of the toner is great. The price is terrible and the complexity of putting in a new toner cartridge is appalling.

toner doesn't work

The magenta toner is replaced, and within an hour the message comes up: magenta needed. Several conversations, chats, replacement, and it doesn't seem to matter! Frustrating
