Still a good choice for a rolling carry on, but I liked the previous version better. I don't like the angled strap/handle on the side of the new version. It should be in line with the length of the case as before. Also the new version appears to be smaller than the previous version

Two trips and front zipper broke

The material showed marks after the first trip. Does not look like it will last a year. On second use the front zipper came apart. Very disappointed.

Love this bag but it's 0.6" oversize (62.6")

this is a beautiful piece of luggage, but 62" is the size limit for most US national and international airlines. The luggage looks even bigger than this because the wheels are extremely large (I'm sitting here looking at it next to 29" baggage by SwissGear and 28"Delsey that I own). In other words, 0.6" might not be an issue if airlines didn't really notice, but this is big enough luggage to be noticeable. Which is such a shame, because it's gorgeous (I got the teal). If you're okay paying excess baggage fees in the gamble that they flag it, then I would say get it. It might be worth it if you have the income for it.

Bought for daughter for Christmas, so don't know about durability. Played with functions and all seems as good as advertised. Nice touches to storage and aesthetics. The blue color should help it stand out at baggage claim. We got the large, medium, and small (28, 24, and 20 in.) separate pieces. All fit inside one another, so stowing when not in use is convenient. Pricing was very competitive.
