I love the look and materials of this case. I really enjoy the functionality of the view screen when the cover is closed. Despite all the good, this case has a fatal flaw. The cover has zero ability to stay closed. There is no snap or magnet and the lid of the cover just hangs loosely. I really can't believe that product designers and testers would move a case forward that lacks what must be the most basic function of a case. In the end, very unhappy with this purchase for the price I paid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

case doesn't stay closed, needs a stronger magnet. Dropped my new phone, saw the case open while it was falling less than 3 feet, and my screen shattered on the top and bottom.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
