Cheap and not durable

had the case for a few months. i only work from home and haven't gone out due to covid. the case looks like crap now and it's totally worn out. i find this frustrating especially because the case hasn't been outside and brought places or tossed around as i would be more likely to understand the wear and tear. scratches extremely easily too and looks terrible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the only plus to the case is it is slim and sort of leather-like. unfortunately, it falls short with protecting its flagship 100x zoom camera. every time i set the phone down i hear the glass of the camera hit the counter first. iwhen you pay this much for a case with 10% protection of the entire phone you feel a bit short-changed. samsung step up and make this right so customer feel like they are getting a solid protect that will protect there investment.

Not Bad... Not Great, Either

This case has a similar fit and profile as the Alcantara case for my S9... Out of the box, the leather is slippery, but with a little daily wear, it gets a nice, tacky, natural feel. The buttons are solid and clicky, and the open bottom design works perfectly with my DexPad. Leather is a much more "premium" material that matches those suit-and-tie occasions. Overall, the case fits well and feels good.
That said, I have a similar complaint that others have said - the camera island protrudes slightly from case, and is not very well protected. The camera itself has a very slight lip around the edge, and the leather barely comes up to that lip. I fear that the case will not protect the camera glass in a fall - haven't tested that theory, thankfully.
Bottom line: this is a nice looking OEM case, but I'm not sure I would recommend it for fall protection. It's definitely form over function.

I bought this case two weeks ago and it's complete garbage. It doesn't protect the camera, it's the thinnest "leather" I've ever seen, and it peels if you drop it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's nice to touch... but downright useless. The back is flush with the camera so it does absolutely nothing to protect it. Just glad I figured that out before it didn't any damage to this very expensive phone

Pros: The buttons are made from nice polished aluminum and feel good when pressed.
Cons: The case isn't thick enough to protect the cameras on the back and because of this, the phone doesn't sit flat when placed on a table. Also, the case is pretty slippery in the hand.

Really comfortable & slim

Others are saying this case is super thin & slippery but for some reason I find it pretty grippy & prefer the slimmer feel. This case is not bulky at all which makes the phone easier to hold. It's very sleek & I like that fingerprints don't show much either. I'm glad I purchased this with my trade in, it really compliments the phone.
