ok so don't get me wrong the idea is beautiful. i love the animations and you can use certain emojis for specific contacts. but samsung you need to possibly use dirt resistant materials i've only had this pink case for about 2 months and its not even pink anymore!! it's pink and black this case is way to expensive to get dirty so easily. i actually feel like i've wasted money instead of being happy with my product. would recommend this product if it stayed pink completely disappointed..

An expensive case that wont stay closed

the case itself is fine but it simply wont stay closed. even with the phone laying flat the front cover doesn't quite close properly and as soon as you lift it vertically it just flops open so offers zero protection to the screen if it accidentally dropped. i haven't even bothered to try and store a card in the provided slot as it will make the problem even worse.

Not comfortable to hold

the edges on the front of the case are too sharp and dig into my hands when I am holding the phone. It won't close if there is more than one card in the wallet. I will probably buy a new case if I can find one. Disappointing, because I really like the wallet style case and the LED feature is nice as well.

The exterior has a nice texture that gives you some grip. Plastic bumpers around most of the edges should provide reasonable protection from most drops. The LED dots provide a fun pseudo-retro contrast to the super sharp phone display while still actually being useful, and it's also neat that you can create custom icons (if you have the patience to try to draw them in the editor). Everybody makes pretty good phones now; it's unique little extras like this that Samsung keeps putting out there that finally ended up attracting me away from the other more cookie-cutter offerings on the market.
There are two minor downsides to this product that are easily dismissed. You will notice immediately that there is no magnet or anything to hold the cover closed. After using it for a bit, I found that this really doesn't bother me, and I actually appreciate being able to swing it open with one hand when I need to with no strap or anything like that adding extra bulk. The other is that the card holder is really only designed for a single card, although you can squeeze two into it. I get that allowing for more would make the cover bulkier, so this is a compromise I can accept.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Almost great - won't stay closed

Tight fit with great animations and functions on the front screen, so I really love it... except the front doesn't have enough of a magnet to stay closed! I've had it for 12 hours on my lovely, new S20 and if you fold the top back while holding it for a while it takes a minute or so before it can sit closed on it's own again. I might try to rip apart my old leather case from the S9 and hack the magnets into this one because otherwise I really like it... being able to keep the wallet closed and see alarms is good, and, since I always have my phone on mute, it's a nice attention getter to see animations when I receive a text or call.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cool looking, but falls short

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes, it has decently cool features and the display looks great, but it falls short:
* Not able to customize how long the clock should display after closing the lid
* Lid does not stay closed. The magnet supposed to keep it closed is not working

In general I feel this is way too overpriced.
