Great monitor, but mine was broken :(

When I received the monitor (which delivered with no hassle and relatively quickly) It was absolutely great, I was mostly looking forward to the USB-C feature so that I could easily hook up my MacBook Pro to the display and charge it all with one cable. To my disappointment, the monitor came with no USB-C cable in the box, and all I had was my charge cable which supplied no image or sound (although it did charge my laptop) I tried different wires (including a thunderbolt 3 cable) and had no luck, not even with my brother's laptop, and after a few attempts the port didn't even charge the laptop. I decided enough is enough and returned the monitor which was SUPER easy, and I'm honestly impressed by how effortless returning it was. Overall the monitor is great, mine was just broken, it has a beautiful display, fantastic speakers, and an iconic design imo but mine was simply broken, thats all. Assuming the USB-C port worked as advertised, I'd have given this display a 5/5 (again, the speakers and auto input switch are highly underrated). I should note that this monitor doesn't include the remote feature that the 32" variant does, so don't make the same mistake I did haha
I would recommend this to a friend!

Low price and good quality

I bought this monitor last month. I feel very comfortable during use. Color and sound are for a user who is not very professional. I am already very satisfied. Especially last month the price was 30% lower than when I bought it. bestbuy can refund the difference in time. It feels even more cheap and good quality. I recommend buying this product.
