Unfortunately can't recommend.

These panels do not work on the side of the fridge. The panels come with two-sided tape that doesn't adhere well to the side area of the fridge at all and keeps detaching from the top and bottom, so they stick out like wings. There is no way to reattach them to be flush with the refrigerator. Had they designed the fridge for magnetic side panel, it would have made more sense then narrow two sided tape
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
