No way to push buttons. But Case-mate made everything right

I received this and was so excited but after snapping together I couldn’t push the buttons. At first I thought apparently the button covers should be removed before using. They popped off easily and then I couldn’t get my fingers in far enough to push them either. Bad design. I contacted Case-Mate and their customer service is phenomenal! They immediately refunded my money and I purchased another case that was perfect.

I love the sparkle! It fits perfectly. My new phone is a gold 13pro max. and the sparkle is more white tone as opposed to when I had a silver phone it appeared a more green tone. The gold sparkle was not available for 13 pro max. As soon as I see it’s available I’ll purchase that.

This case is so awesome and the perfect amount of sparkle!!! I highly recommend! Not only does it look dope but really protects the phone. I love the quality of the rubber/plastic and the fact that it has a raised edge to protect the phone even further. Also super easy to find in your purse since it basically glows!!! Everyone admires it when they see it.

I love this case. The sparkles are mesmerizing. The case is not too slippery. It protects my phone. It has fallen off the hood of a car onto the tarmac and survived. The buttons are responsive. It is not a chore to remove it if I want to clean my phone. I accidently chipped one of the little "legs" at the bottom and CaseMate replaced for just the cost of shipping. I am a CaseMate devotee.
