I bought this about a week ago, and can honestly say it's an amazing case. It's a sleek folio, and was the only folio case that didn't add what usually feels like an entire inch of thickness to the phone like the other wallet leather cases. There are some thing I feel like they could have done better. Other models (for iPhones) of this case have a pocket in the back to carry additional money behind the case. Those models can also turn the case into almost a stand to watch Netflix on. Unfortunately, this is not the case for the S20 ultra model. I'm pretty sure this is because of the phone, but I fully expected these features to come with this case, but was sadly disappointed. I wish OtterBox would have made the difference clear. Furthermore, the credit card slot is really tight. It's hard to take credit cards out after you put them in. Mine is a week and a half old, and it's still hold a grip on my cards. I would HIGHLY turn away from putting dollar bills in the slot, I had to remove the money I out in the slot once very slowly and carefully or it would test the bills.
Again, great product and high quality, but I just wish it came with everything the other models came with. Very happy with the purchase, but it was a bit misleading. I recommend this product, but be mindful of the features it truly has.

This is my 3rd Otterbox protected phone and won't be my last! I have been purchasing the Strada series cases for my phones over the past 6 years. I work in Construction so I need a phone case that is durable and will last but isn't ugly either and this is the one. Otterbox also has a warranty you can't beat! I have had to warranty 2 of my cases before and it's easy and hassle free. I love that they stand behind they're product and will replace it free of charge if any issues. I trust in them so much I purchased Otterbox cases for all 4 of my kids and my husband as well and have not been disappointed.
