Firmware problems
The RF Receiver became unresponsive after an update. i’ve researched and it isn’t the first time it’s happen with this specific mouse their are multiple people that Have had the same problem with your products. I was planning on buying your whole line of products but this incident change my mind.

Feels comfortable, love the performance, and especially the power options of either using it with a cable, the wireless usb, and Bluetooth. Also, I like the mouse’s change in sensitivity when you press its button, since it’s helpful when playing video games.

Can't change mouse settings with armoury crate

The mouse is good but the armoury crate software is garbage. When I click on the mouse to try to get to the screen to change colors, etc. the screen says loading and there is a dialog that is blurred out behind the loading message which never goes away. I have to way to set controls on this mouse using armoury crate. I'm in search of a replacement piece of software that works.
